Lance Gibbs and Scott Francis were working at a leading Process Automation software company, and they would meet each Sunday morning to troubleshoot challenges from the week. One thing led to another, and they found themselves brainstorming better ways to do process automation. After years in the industry, both had become convinced that clients needed more than just software to solve process challenges. Soon they began sketching out ideas for a new type of company, and in 2007, BP3 was born.
