These highly trained individuals improve outcomes by focusing on industry best practices and assist your team to adhere to PSC and CSC standards. My stroke Journey - Sevaro has a vision to reduce both the incidence of strokes and the effects a stroke has on patients. With this in mind, we aim to educate communities to live a healthier lifestyle. When a stroke does occur in communities we serve, we offer all patients we treat access to the Sevaro Stroke Support group. These free monthly meetings are run by our Sevaro Stroke Ambassadors and offer access to patient and caregiver peer support, neurologists, and education.
